Carpet Cleaning Disclaimer:

• One room equals ANY room up to 300 square feet; combined living areas may be considered as two rooms and priced as additional areas
• Running water and electricity must be available else, we cannot complete the work
• We cannot move furniture unless items are small or, can be moved by a single person
• Pre-existing conditions and/or damage may affect pricing or ability to properly complete cleaning
• $125.00 completed job minimum required
• A $50 time and travel fee will be incurred if we cannot access the property are unable to clean
• Small carpeted Baths, Laundry rooms or similar will be priced separately but, we will not charge you for a full room unless we have to

TOPICAL PET TREATMENTS
This is the normal industry standard way (Steam Cleaning, Shampoo Cleaning, Chem Dry etc...) to address pet deposits. The assumption here is that, ONLY THE CARPET LAYER has been contaminated vs. below the carpet layer.

If pet deposits HAVE NOT penetrated the carpet layer, all the pet issues can be addressed and your carpet will look and smell great.

However if, the contamination is so severe that, it has penetrated below your carpet into the PAD & SUB-FLOOR.  Additional measures are necessary like ...
