Do I Have To Be Home during the Cleaning?
Because we are bonded, you are covered for theft and breakage. It is not necessary for you to be present but, we do need a way to access the property. Many clients leave us keys, key codes, garage codes, lock box combinations or other agreed upon ways that, we can access the property to clean.
What should I do with my pets during a cleaning?
We love animals! Just give us a heads up about what, you would like us to do concerning your pets. In most cases the dogs will want to hang around us and the cats will hide. You know your pets best, if you have a skittish or aggressive pet keep them caged. We want your pets and our workers to both be safe.
What if I accidentally lock the cleaners out for a scheduled cleaning?
You know, these things do happen from time to time. If a crew packs up the supplies, comes across town and cannot access the property to clean. The client will be assessed a lock out fee of $150. The client WILL NOT be assessed the full cleaning charge and the crew will not go empty handed for their time.
What if I need to re-schedule?
You can call/text/email prior to your cleaning day. We require a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your house cleaning to not incur a fee.
Since we do not overbook our schedule. We will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client which decreases the cleaners’ pay. Without consistent wages, we cannot retain the best persons to clean for you. Thus, respecting our procedure for reschedules helps ensure that you will get the best house cleaning service possible.
